Kaycee (Phillips) Matulac - ATTORNEY
Born and raised in Oakdale, Kaycee earned her bachelor’s degree at Cal State University Monterey Bay and later received her Juris Doctorate from Monterey College of Law. Kaycee gained valuable knowledge and experience while working under an estate planning specialist at the Heisinger, Buck and Morris law firm in Carmel. Most recently, Kaycee worked as Staff Attorney for Pebble Beach Resorts where she handled a range of personnel and property issues. Kaycee is honored to have the opportunity to serve her hometown community.
Kaycee's practice is focused on helping families protect their legacy through estate planning, but she also enjoys advising small local businesses, tackling real estate transactions, advising on contracts, and seeking justice through personal injury claims.

For almost 40 years, Frederick W. Smith Jr. tirelessly served the Oakdale community and its residents with his exceptional legal skills and experience. As a new retiree, Mr. Smith is excited to spend his free time with his lovely wife, adult children, and numerous grandchildren!
